Pingwang Town has made vigorous efforts to implement the “355” development strategy, accelerating the construction of Zhonglu International Intelligent Logistics Sci-tech Park, the High-efficiency Agriculture Demonstration Park, Pingnan Industrial Zone, Guowang High-tech Industrial Park, and Yinghu Cultural Tourism Scenic Area. In 2018, the town achieved 15.785 billion yuan of regional GDP, a year-on-year growth of 8.5%, and 1.102 billion yuan of general public budget revenue, up by 18.9%.
