Taoyuan

Taoyuan Town has developed an industrial pattern with machinery, packaging and new material industries as the leader and garment manufacturing, winemaking and landscaping industries as the kingpin. In 2018, it achieved a regional GDP of 7.84 billion yuan and a general public budget revenue of 503 million yuan, ranking first in Wujiang District in terms of growth rate. The town is home to 1,026 industrial enterprises, including a number of leading enterprises such as Hycan Holdings, Fuji Seiko and Kailing Luggage. Giving full play to its geographical and ecological advantages, it has made great efforts to speed up the development of Taoyuan Ecological Technology Industrial Park and the North Area. Meanwhile, Taoyuan International Eco-tourism Resort is under construction, which will help promote the development of local tourism.
