3. Procedures of donation include: A valid receipt and a Donation Certificate will be issued to the donors after the donation is checked on the spot. The donorshave the right to specify the use of donated assets, implementation projects, and beneficiaries. When a relativelylarge donation is made, a ceremony can be arranged according to the donor’s wish; for those fail to cash on the spot, the ceremony shall not be rendered and the receipt shall not be issued in advance. The donation can be made by ways of remittance, transfer, on-the-spot donation, and etc.
4. The donation is under the donors’ monitor. The donors have the right to inquire about the use of donated assetsand put forward opinions and suggestions.
