Being responsible for the regular work of the Wujiang District People’s Government; being in charge of the work concerning development and reform, food and strategic reserves, service industries, energy, major projects, state-owned assets management, urban and rural planning, natural resources, housing and urban-rural development, transportation, emergency management, statistics, finance, administrative transparency, government offices administration, taxation, economic cooperation and counterpart support, housing provident fund, postal service, and communication; assisting in charge of finance and auditing.
Overseeing the work of the General Office of the Wujiang District People’s Government (the Research Office), the Development and Reform Commission (the Food and Reserves Bureau, the National Defense Mobilization Office), the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau (the Forestry Bureau), the Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, the Transportation Bureau, the Emergency Management Bureau, the Statistics Bureau, the Government Offices Administration, Suzhou Wujiang City Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Yangtze River Delta Investment Development (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., and Wujiang Construction Drawing Review Co., Ltd.; assisting in charge of the Finance Bureau (the State-owned Assets Management Office) and the Audit Bureau.
Being in charge of liaison with the Firefighting and Rescue Brigade, the Taxation Bureau, Wujiang Housing Provident Fund Management Center, Wujiang District Postal Administration, China Telecom Wujiang Branch, China Mobile Wujiang Branch, China Unicom Wujiang Branch, the local office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA), Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank, and the Wujiang offices of various financial institutions.
