Overseeing the work of the Science and Technology Bureau, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Data Bureau (the Government Affairs Office), and Wujiang Big Data Co., Ltd.

Being in charge of liaison with the Wujiang District Federation of Trade Unions, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the District Association for Science and Technology, the Taiwan Affairs Office, the Overseas Chinese Federation, and Wujiang Power Supply Company.
