District chief inspires young entrepreneurs

On March 11, Wang Guorong, deputy secretary of the CPC Wujiang DistrictCommittee and district chief, discussed entrepreneurshipwith young business starters at a meeting held in the Wujiang Hotel. During his dialogue with the young entrepreneurs, Wang noted that the district will fully supportthe high-quality development of local enterprises. He called on young entrepreneursto build consensus and strengthen confidence and make greater contribution to the building of Wujiang intoa model for Chinese modernization. Wei Guoling, deputy secretary of the CPC Wujiang DistrictCommittee, Fang Fang, secretary of the CYL Suzhou Municipal Committee, and Cui Wei, president of Suzhou Youth Chamber of Commerce, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, some young entrepreneursmade speeches on such topics as industrial development, scientific and technological innovation, talent attraction,and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta(YRD) region. They introduced the operation and long-term development plan of their enterprisesand exchanged ideas on how to strengthenmutually-beneficial cooperation and boost the district’s high-quality development. Representatives of relevant departments learned in detailabout the difficulties and challenges local enterprises face.

Young people are full of vigor and vitality, Wang Guorong said, adding that young entrepreneurs have made great contribution to the economic and social development of Wujiang, doing their best to help deepen economic and trade cooperation, promote industrial upgrading and facilitatethe development of public welfare undertakings. Local young entrepreneurs have international vision and are able to lead their enterprises to achieve greater success.

The district chiefurgedall localities and departmentsto give full support to local enterprises, offer efficient government services and create a first-class business environment. Local governments should strengthen communicationwith enterprises, help them solve difficulties hindering their development, and support them in attracting talents, introducing technologies, expanding market, and making use of external resources. The CYL Wujiang District Committee and WujiangYouth Chamber of Commerce should play the role of a bridge, care for young entrepreneursand better serve local enterprises.

Young entrepreneurs should seize the development opportunities and realize their full potential, Wang said, encouraging localenterprisesto make unswerving efforts tosupport the real economy in becoming stronger, take the initiative totackle key technical bottlenecks in key areas, deepen intelligentand digital transformation, and strive to achieve sustainable development.

Fang Fang fully affirmed the achievements made by WujiangYouth Chamber of Commerce in recent years and placed high expectations on the future development of young entrepreneurs and their enterprisesin Wujiang District. Shestressed the importance of upholding the Partys leadership andurged young entrepreneursto shoulder thehistoric mission, dare to think and act on innovation, seize the development opportunities, stay true to their originalaspirations and press ahead with great determination.
